Ship is a variation of the game Battleship that is transformed into a participatory art work for the Stringybark Festival organised by City of Knox.

Ship is made from collected materials and the whole body of work is handicrafted. Craftivism has become an iconic form of anti-mass-production due to its durational characteristics; it has also been used to represent the gesture of passing on due to its close relationship with individual attentiveness. Ship creates a local community event that maintains an engaging, rich and vibrant presence.
